12 Degrees Events is a full-service corporate event management company based in Cambridgeshire, UK. Since 2006, we've been planning, managing, and delivering exceptional events for corporate, charity, and third-sector clients across the UK and internationally. Our services include conferences, team building activities, gala dinners, charity challenges, VIP hospitality, venue finding, and leadership development programmes. Whether you have a group of 8 or a conference of 500+, we manage every detail from concept to completion.
How long has 12 Degrees been running events?
12 Degrees was founded in 2006, giving us almost two decades of experience delivering corporate events across the UK and abroad. Over the years we've worked with clients in property, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the charity sector, including brands such as J.P. What size of events does 12 Degrees manage?
We manage events of all sizes, from intimate senior leadership meetings of 8 to large-scale international conferences for 500+ delegates. Our team handles everything — venue sourcing, logistics, audio-visual, catering, and delegate management — ensuring a seamless experience regardless of scale. Where is 12 Degrees based and where do you operate?
We're based in Cambridgeshire and operate across the whole of the UK, with particular experience in London, East Anglia, Cambridge, Peterborough, and Central England. We also specialise in international events and corporate incentive travel for clients looking to take their events overseas.
Are you tied to any venues or suppliers?
No. We're fully independent and hold no preferred-supplier agreements with venues, caterers, AV providers or any other partner. Our recommendations are based on what's right for your brief and your budget — full stop. It's the core of how we work and why clients keep coming back. As members of the AIEA (Alliance of Independent Event Agencies), we hold ourselves to the highest professional standards of independence.
How much do your events cost?
It depends on the format, the venue and the headcount — but we work to your budget, not the other way round. Day-delegate conferences typically start from £80 per person; gala dinners at prestige venues range from £150 to £400 per person; team building days from £50 to £200 per person. Our venue-finding service is free. Full event management is charged as a project fee or a percentage of total spend, and we're transparent about that from the first call.
How far ahead should we start planning?
For prestige venues — Mayfair five-stars, livery halls, the bigger conference centres — six to nine months is comfortable, with December and June the most contested months. Smaller meetings and away days can often be turned around in four to six weeks. Whatever the timeline, send us the brief and we'll come back with realistic availability inside 48 hours.
