As we celebrate 20 years of 12 Degrees, we are taking time to reflect on the journey so far and what has made it possible. Two decades of delivering corporate events, building long-standing client relationships, supporting ambitious teams and growing a business built on trust, creativity and care.

Milestones like this are not achieved in isolation. They are the result of thousands of small moments. A brief shared. A venue found. A challenge solved. An event delivered under pressure. Most importantly, they are built on people — clients who continue to trust us, partners who collaborate with us, and a team who consistently go above and beyond.

To mark this 20-year milestone, we are proud to launch our 20 for 20 pledge.

A commitment that reflects our journey

In May 2026, we will donate 20 Buddy Bags to the Buddy Bag Foundation. One for every year of 12 Degrees.

The Buddy Bag Foundation provides essential support to children entering emergency or temporary care across the UK. Each Buddy Bag is carefully packed with everyday essentials alongside comfort items designed to bring reassurance and stability at a time of sudden change and uncertainty.

For many children, this is their first moment of safety in a difficult transition. A simple bag, but one that represents dignity, care and a sense of being looked after when it matters most.

Why Buddy Bags and why now

At 12 Degrees, we are fortunate to work in an industry built around bringing people together. Whether that is through conferences, incentives, team building or large-scale corporate events, our focus is always on creating experiences that feel considered, impactful and human.

The work of the Buddy Bag Foundation reflects those same principles in a very different context. It is practical, immediate support delivered with care and purpose.

As we mark 20 years, we wanted to create something that reflected more than just longevity. We wanted it to reflect responsibility, gratitude and contribution.

20 years of trust and collaboration

The 20 for 20 pledge is as much about recognition as it is about giving. It recognises the trust placed in us over two decades. Every client brief that has challenged us. Every event that has pushed us to think differently. Every relationship that has shaped how we work today.

It also recognises the people behind it all. The team at 12 Degrees who have delivered consistently over the years, often behind the scenes, making sure every detail is right. And the wider community of partners and suppliers who have helped bring every event to life.

Without that collective effort, there is no 20-year story to tell.

Looking ahead

While 20 for 20 marks an important moment for us, it also represents the direction we want to continue in. Building more purpose-led initiatives. Creating more meaningful connections through our work. And ensuring that as we grow, we continue to contribute in ways that extend beyond the events industry.

This is just the beginning of a wider commitment at 12 Degrees to embed purpose more intentionally into what we do and how we do it.
