Planning an event involves a lot of moving parts — and finding the right suppliers for each of them takes time, experience, and a lot of trial and error. We've done that work for you.
Our Little Black Book is a curated network of trusted suppliers we've personally worked with and would confidently recommend. Each one has been tested in real event environments — not just shortlisted from a directory. If we don't know someone who does exactly what you need, we'll find them.

Getting access to our supplier network is simple — there's no directory to browse and no fees to pay. Just tell us what you need.
Drop us a message with your event date, location, and what you're looking for. Even if you're not sure exactly what you need, a brief conversation usually gets us there.
We'll come back with one or two recommendations — not a long list, not a directory. Just the right people for your brief, budget, and location.
We can introduce you directly and step back, or stay involved to brief, coordinate, and manage the supplier as part of a wider event. Your choice.

Is there a cost for accessing your supplier network?
No — there's no charge for a recommendation. If we're managing the supplier as part of a wider event, that's covered within our event management fee. If you just want an introduction, we're happy to do that at no cost.
Do you work with suppliers outside Cambridge and the East of England?
Yes — our supplier network covers the whole of the UK, and for larger or international events we work with trusted partners in major cities and destinations across Europe. Just let us know where your event is.
Can you help with last-minute requests?
We'll always try. Strong supplier relationships mean we can sometimes pull things together that wouldn't be possible through a cold enquiry. It's always worth asking — the worst we can say is no.
I already have some suppliers — can you just fill in the gaps?
Absolutely — we work alongside existing supplier relationships all the time. Just tell us what you have and what you're missing and we'll fill the gaps. We're not precious about it.
Do you manage the supplier on the day or just make the introduction?
Either — we can make a straight introduction and let you take it from there, or stay involved to brief, manage, and coordinate the supplier as part of a wider event management service. We'll work however suits you best.
What if you don't know someone who does what I need?
We'll find someone. Nearly two decades in the events industry means our wider network is extensive — if we don't know the right person directly, we know someone who does. We'll always come back to you with options rather than a dead end.
