We'd love to hear from you

Tell us about your event.

Whether you've got a brief, a half-formed idea or just need a sounding board — drop us a line and we'll come back within one working day. No obligation, no hard sell. Just honest advice from people who've been delivering events since 2006.

Send us a brief

Tell us what you're thinking — even if it's half-formed

The more you can tell us, the sharper our first reply. But a date and a rough headcount is enough to start a conversation.

Useful things to include

  • Date or season
  • Rough headcount
  • Location or region
  • Type of event
  • Budget range, if you have one
  • The feel you're after

Don't have all of that? Send what you've got. Most enquiries start with "we need to do something in the spring for about eighty people" — and that's fine.

No obligation, no hard sell, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

What happens next

  1. We reply within one working dayA real reply from Jen, not an auto-responder — usually with a couple of questions.
  2. A short callTwenty minutes or so to understand what you're trying to achieve, who it's for and what "good" looks like.
  3. A proposal you can take to your boardVenue options, format, a clear budget and what the event will give back — normally within a week of the call.

Before you ask

Questions we're asked most

Where do you work?

We're based just outside Cambridge and work across the UK and Europe. London, the Midlands and the north are regular ground; so are the Lake District, the Jurassic Coast and a growing list of European cities for conferences, incentives and team trips. Distance has never been the deciding factor.

How big — or small — can an event be?

Anything from a 30-person away day to a 500-delegate conference or festival. The format changes with the numbers; the level of attention doesn't.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Longer is easier, but we're used to working to real-world timelines. As a guide: a team day or treasure hunt can come together in a few weeks; a conference, awards evening or gala dinner is best with three to six months; a multi-day challenge or large festival wants six to twelve. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway — it's often still doable.

Do we need a budget before we talk to you?

A range helps, even a wide one, because it lets us come back with options that are actually achievable rather than a wish list. If you don't have a number yet, tell us that — part of the first call is working out what your idea realistically costs.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The call and the initial proposal are free and without obligation. You only pay once you've decided to go ahead with us.

Can you just find us a venue?

Yes — venue finding is a service in its own right, and it's free to you because venues pay us a commission. We'll shortlist, negotiate and contract; you decide. If you later want us to run the event too, we pick up where we left off.
