What is a corporate festival?
A large-scale company event designed around a festival atmosphere — live entertainment, food and drink stations, activity zones, and full production. Used for staff summer parties, reward days, product launches and milestone celebrations.
How much does a corporate festival cost?
A well-produced festival for 100–150 guests starts from around £15,000–£25,000. Larger events (500+) typically from £50,000 upwards. Everything is bespoke.
Do you provide tents and structures, or do we need separate suppliers?
We manage the entire supplier network on your behalf — structure hire, staging, AV, catering, entertainment. You deal with one team.
How far in advance do we need to book?
For summer festivals (June–September), get in touch at least 4–6 months in advance. For winter events and off-peak dates, 8–12 weeks can work.
Can we combine a festival with team building?
Absolutely — one of our most popular formats. A multi-activity festival day blends structured team building zones with a festival social atmosphere.
