Either, depending on the offer. For venue stays and conferences you'll typically contract directly with the venue, and we earn commission from the venue — meaning our service is free to you. For hospitality (sporting, concerts) and bundled packages we usually invoice you directly so we can manage the partner-side admin and ticketing on your behalf.

Concert hospitality moves fastest — often within hours of being published. Anything urgent we mark with a "Selling Fast" pill so it's obvious where the pressure is.

How far in advance should I book corporate hospitality?
For major events like Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and the British Grand Prix, the best packages sell 6–12 months in advance. We'd recommend getting in touch as early as possible — but even with 4–6 weeks' notice we can often find strong options. Call us first and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.
What's the minimum group size for corporate hospitality?
It varies by event and package. Many hospitality options work for groups as small as 2–4 guests; others are designed for 10, 20 or more. We'll match the package format to your group size — there's no benefit in booking space you don't need.
What does corporate hospitality typically cost?
Packages range considerably — from around £150–£300pp for a well-run sporting day, up to £2,500pp+ for premium Royal Enclosure access at Royal Ascot or a Paddock Club F1 package. We work across the full range and will always give you a clear cost breakdown before anything is confirmed.
Can you arrange hospitality outside the UK?
Yes — we arrange corporate hospitality internationally, including Formula 1 Grands Prix in Monaco, Abu Dhabi and beyond, golf's major championships, and bespoke European incentive trips with hospitality built in. If you have an international event in mind, get in touch and we'll explore what's possible.
Do you handle guest management and invitations?
Absolutely — and this is where we add the most value beyond sourcing the tickets. We manage guest lists, send invitations, handle dietary and access requirements, coordinate travel and transfers, brief guests on what to expect, and provide on-the-day hosting. You arrive; everything runs. That's the 12 Degrees approach.

No. We work for you, not the venue. We buy through the accredited suppliers for each event rather than holding our own allocation, which means we compare across the market and recommend what's right for your guests rather than what one supplier needs to shift.
