Flights are the easy part
A conference in Athens or an incentive trip to the Alps isn't a travel booking. It's an event that happens to be abroad — and someone still has to hold the venue, the transfers, the dinner that falls over, and the twelve delegates who miss the connection.
That's destination management, and it's the same job wherever the event lands. Conferences, executive retreats and incentive programmes — one point of contact from brief to debrief, someone on the ground when it matters, and twenty years of knowing which suppliers and venues answer the phone on a Sunday.
We're an independent agency based in Cambridge. We travel with you.
What corporate travel looks like with us
Six shapes of trip, one point of contact. Whether it's twelve people on a retreat or three hundred delegates across two countries, the same team holds it from brief to debrief.
International conferences
Venue, AV, delegate management and the running order — delivered in another country to the same standard as one down the road.
Incentive travel
Reward trips that people talk about afterwards. Destination, programme and the experiences that make the trip worth winning.
Executive retreats
Small senior groups, high expectations. Somewhere quiet enough to think, with the logistics handled out of sight.
04Group accommodation
Room blocks held, rates negotiated and rooming lists managed — across one hotel or several, with a single bill at the end.
Flights and transfers
Group flights, coaches and arrival management. IATA/TIDS registered, so we book it properly rather than sending you a link.
Multi-destination programmes
Roadshows and touring events that hit several cities in a week, with the same production travelling with them.

Completely free to you.
We've been sourcing and managing venues across the UK since 2006. We know which spaces perform under pressure and which disappoint — and that knowledge only comes from two decades of actually delivering events, not browsing a directory.
We hold no preferred supplier agreements with venues. Our recommendations are always genuinely impartial and always in your interest.

Since 2006
Twenty years of corporate travel, delivered without drama.
Flights change. Rooming lists evolve. Issues arise at the least convenient moment. Our job is to deal with all of that before it ever reaches you — so your group arrives, performs and returns smoothly.
Where we work
We work with venue partners and ground operators across Europe and beyond. Popular destinations for our corporate travel clients include:
Europe
Lisbon, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Dubrovnik, the Amalfi Coast, Paris, Vienna and the Swiss Alps — proven corporate and incentive destinations.
Middle East
Dubai and Abu Dhabi remain popular for luxury incentive programmes and high-profile conferences — world-class hotels, warm weather, unique experiences.
North Africa
Morocco — particularly Marrakech — offers a compelling blend of culture, luxury riads and unique activity options for incentive groups.
Further afield
For clients with ambitious programmes, we work further afield — South Africa, the Maldives, South-East Asia and the Americas.
How our corporate travel service works
We handle every element so you don't have to. Here's what to expect when you work with us on a corporate travel programme.
Brief & objectives
We start by understanding your goals — who's travelling, how many delegates, what the event needs to achieve, budget parameters, key dates.
Destination & venue research
We recommend destinations and source venues suited to your brief — drawing on our international network of hotels, event spaces and ground operators.
Programme design
We build a full itinerary — flights, transfers, accommodation, activities, dining, event elements — into a single cohesive programme.
Negotiation & contracting
We negotiate rates with airlines, hotels and suppliers on your behalf — leveraging our relationships and volume to secure the best terms.
Delegate management
We manage all delegate communications — travel packs, rooming lists, dietary requirements, visa guidance, pre-departure logistics.
On-the-ground support
Our team is with you throughout — on-site or on-call — to manage issues, coordinate suppliers, and ensure the programme runs as planned.
TIDS-registered with IATA
Industry-recognised travel agency designator — we have access to airline rates and terms not available on the open market.
20 years of international delivery
Since 2006 — established supplier relationships, deep destination knowledge, and the operational experience to handle complex multi-destination briefs.
One point of contact
Because we manage travel as part of our broader event management service, you always work with someone who understands the full picture — not just the flights.

Members of the Alliance of Independent Event Agencies, and every programme we deliver funds the 4-tier impact stack — 6,000+ B1G1 impacts and counting.
Corporate Travel · FAQs
Quick answers to the things clients ask before booking a corporate travel programme.
What's the difference between corporate travel and incentive travel?
Corporate travel covers business-purpose trips — international conferences, client meetings, executive retreats. Incentive travel is reward-focused — curated programmes designed to motivate and recognise high performers. We deliver both, often within the same brief.
How far ahead should we book?
For international events, four to six months is comfortable. Peak-season destinations need six to nine months. Short-haul European trips can sometimes be turned around in eight to twelve weeks.
Do you handle visa requirements?
We provide visa guidance and brief delegates on requirements for each destination, but the application itself is the traveller's responsibility. For complex visa requirements we can refer you to a trusted visa specialist partner.
What if flights are cancelled or delayed?
We're on-call throughout your programme. If something disrupts the schedule we work with airlines and suppliers to rebook, rearrange and minimise impact on your group.
How does pricing work?
We charge a management fee (project-based or percentage of total spend, agreed up front), and we're transparent about supplier costs. Because we're TIDS-registered, we access airline and hotel rates not available on the open market — meaning our fee is often offset by savings.
Can you arrange ground transport and excursions?
Yes — airport transfers, executive cars, coach groups, and any in-destination activities. Our destination management partners across Europe, the Middle East and beyond handle the on-the-ground arrangements while we coordinate centrally.
Are you ATOL or ABTA registered?
We're TIDS-registered with IATA, which gives us access to industry rates and recognised travel agency status. We're not a tour operator, so we don't carry ATOL or ABTA membership — for our model that's the right setup. Each trip is contracted directly with the relevant suppliers.
Can you support delegate communications?
Yes — we produce travel packs, manage rooming lists, handle dietary and accessibility requirements, and run pre-departure briefings if needed. Our goal is for every delegate to arrive informed, prepared and looked after.
