Yes. Many of our clients combine a daytime conference or away day with an evening gala dinner or awards ceremony. We manage both, including the transition between the day's programme and the evening celebration.
How do you access venues and suppliers for gala events?
We're a member of AIEA, the Alliance of Independent Events Agencies. The alliance holds relationships with hotels, venues and specialist suppliers across the UK that carry member-only rates and added value, so we can secure locations and negotiate terms an individual booker would not be offered. We stay independent, which means we recommend the venue that suits your event rather than one we're tied to.
How far in advance should I book a gala dinner?
We recommend booking at least six months ahead, particularly for popular venues or peak periods such as November and December. For large-scale or high-profile events, 9–12 months gives the best choice of venue and suppliers.
