A better venue search starts with a better brief and doesn't have to sit on your desk.
Start with a brief, not a browser tab
The easiest way to lose a day is to open Google and start searching 'corporate venues near me'. Before long you've got twenty tabs open, three spreadsheets and no idea which options actually have your date.
Start with five things: numbers, date or date range, budget, location and purpose. Add any non-negotiables such as bedrooms, parking, accessibility, exclusive use, AV or outdoor space.
Compare like with like
A venue's headline day rate tells you very little on its own. Ask what is included, what costs extra, whether there is a minimum spend, how cancellation works and whether the room setup you need is actually possible.
A venue that looks cheaper can quickly become the expensive option once you add the pieces your event actually needs.
Use local knowledge
The best venue isn't always the one with the biggest website. Local knowledge matters because it tells you which spaces genuinely work for your type of event, which ones have hidden constraints and which alternatives are worth considering.
That's where a venue finding partner can save you time. We know the questions to ask before you spend hours getting a quote that was never going to work.
Free means free
Our venue finding service doesn't add a fee to your event. As AIEA members, venues pay us a commission when a booking is confirmed, so you get the search, shortlist, negotiation and support without an agency charge.
You keep control of the decision. We simply take the legwork off your desk.
Send us your brief and we'll turn it into a shortlist, free of charge.
