MGPA international event case study

“The MGPA offsite in Athens was a great success and surpassed previous year’s programmes. We have received extremely positive feedback from all our Team. There were many highlights some of which including a highly inspirational speech by Sir Matthew Pinsent; the Mini Olympics event; a cruise to Aegina; and a gala dinner at the Byzantine estate. Once again, many thanks for all your help and hard work throughout the event process.” – Managing Director

The Solution

12 degrees were involved in the planning and delivery of all elements of this event in the inspiring city of Athens. Prior to the Olympics in 2004 it would not have been high on the list of destinations for conferences of this kind however the airport and city restructure and the addition of some newly built and refurbished Hotels made it a much more viable choice and as many of the Asian delegates had not visited Athens before, it proved the perfect location.

The Olympic theme worked exceedingly well and the whole event from the first delegate arrival to the last departure was a complete success.
