The Solution
- Ready Steady Cook event; where Teams prepare, cook and enjoy a fabulously adventurous 3-6 course meal together!
- Our client jumped at the opportunity to cook their own Thai Banquet.
- Everyone was involved in the design, preparation, cooking, serving and most importantly, the eating of the meal.
- Masterclasses including the “Reasons to Season –The Spice Trail”; knife skills and front of house were held during the day
- Cocktail making demo (and tasting!) in the Dining Room following the Thai Banquet
12 Degrees provided
- Hired a Kitchen in Hoxton with space to hold the team meeting in the morning. One Kitchen was allocated to the preparation of Starters and Main courses and one for deserts.
- Provided all the equipment needed
- Chefs / Assistants who were on hand to guide and advice throughout the cooking process.
- Catering – refreshments throughout the day
