How the day works
The day begins with a welcome and safety briefing before teams of up to 17 race 200-metre heats, leading to a Grand Final. All races are electronically timed, with results on a live scoreboard to spark friendly rivalry. Tailored heats can be arranged for departments or specific teams, and the day ends with an awards ceremony complete with trophies, medals and champagne.
