Using a large screen and projector, a selection of professional race footage is shown throughout the evening, with guests placing bets via our tote system. Our compere keeps the atmosphere electric from the first race to the last.

Guests arrive & get settled
Guests take their seats at tables of up to 10. Race cards are distributed — each showing the runners, form and odds for every race. The tote opens and the atmosphere builds.
Compere opens the racing
Our professional compere takes the floor — building excitement, explaining the format, and making sure everyone knows how to place their bets. Race day commentary without the mud.
Races run & bets are placed
Races are shown on the big screen — real horse racing footage, professionally edited. Between races, guests study the form, place bets with tote staff and compete to spot the winner.
Winners celebrated & funds raised
Winnings are paid out, the tote totals are tallied, and your charity receives the proceeds. Prizes, sweepstakes and extras can be added to boost the total raised.

Do guests need to know about horse racing?
Not at all — that's part of the charm. Our compere guides everyone through the format at the start, and the tote staff are on hand throughout. Half the fun is watching complete novices pick winners on gut instinct.
Do guests use real money?
Yes — guests use real money to place bets, and winnings are paid out in real money. This is what makes it such an effective fundraiser. The proceeds from losing bets go directly to your chosen charity. All betting is managed in a fully legal, licensed format.
How much can we raise?
It varies depending on group size, number of races, and how enthusiastically your guests bet. Adding a sweepstake, auction, or raffle alongside the racing can significantly boost the total. Get in touch and we can talk through the numbers.
Can we choose which charity benefits?
Absolutely — you choose which charity receives the proceeds. Whether it's a national charity, a local cause, or your own company foundation, we're completely flexible. We can also incorporate your charity's branding into the event materials and compere's script.
Do you provide the venue?
Either — we're happy to run the event at your existing venue, or our free venue finding service can source the perfect space for your group size and location. We work at venues across the whole of the UK.
Can race nights be combined with dinner?
Yes — this is one of the most popular formats. Racing works brilliantly as pre-dinner entertainment with guests placing bets between courses, or as a standalone evening event with catering and a bar. We can coordinate catering and additional entertainment as part of a wider event management service.
How far ahead should we book?
We recommend at least 4-6 weeks for smaller events, and 8-12 weeks if you need help sourcing a venue. For large events or popular dates we'd always advise getting in touch as early as possible. Contact us and we'll let you know what's feasible for your date.
