How does it work?
The event kicks off with a welcome session that introduces participants to the rowing club, equipment, and boats. Following an overview of rowing techniques using ergometers (rowing machines), participants will move on to the river for hands-on training. They will learn how to stabilise the boat and understand the coxswain’s commands.
The key focus is on teamwork! By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of working as a cohesive team, and they’ll leave exhilarated from the experience.
