These terms govern your use of 12-degrees.co.uk. They are not the terms on which we deliver events — see section 6.

We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4. Using this website

You may view, download and print pages for your own use or for your organisation's internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
• Use any of our content in a way that suggests we endorse you, your organisation or your services.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including for the purpose of training machine learning or AI models, without our written permission.
• Extract contact details from the site for unsolicited marketing.
• Misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, or attacking it in any way.

We may withdraw your right to use the site if you breach these terms, and will report any security offence to the relevant authorities.

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including text, photography, case studies, video, graphics, layout and the 12 Degrees name and logo. These are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them beyond section 4.

Third-party logos and marks shown on the site — including those of our clients, venues, suppliers and the membership bodies we belong to — remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or as permitted by law.

6. This website does not form a contract for our services

Information on this site describes what we do. It is not an offer to contract, and nothing you submit through the site creates a binding agreement. Prices, availability, venues, packages and timescales shown or discussed are indicative and subject to confirmation.

7. Accuracy of content

We take care over what we publish, but content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not advice you should rely on, and we make no representation that it is accurate, complete or current. Case studies and past events describe particular projects and are not a promise of any particular outcome for you.

8. Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly, legally, and in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. You may not frame our site on another site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations that might otherwise apply to this website, and we will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this site — including loss of profit, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, whether direct or indirect.

This section applies to your use of the website. Our liability in relation to events we deliver is dealt with in the agreement referred to in section 6, not here.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
