Pricing FAQs
The per-person price covers the hunt activity itself — the app, the challenges, the live leaderboard and the format you choose. A host fee is added on top. For a full day with venue, catering, transport and on-the-day management, see our fully managed event packages (from £85pp).
The host fee covers your dedicated host running the event — briefing teams, facilitating, managing the leaderboard and wrapping up. It’s a flat fee per event, not per person, so it works out better value the larger your group. In-person and remote hosts are both available.
Yes — all in-person events are subject to minimum participant numbers. Tell us your group size and we’ll confirm the best format and price. Smaller groups usually work best as a hosted or virtual event.
Prices are quoted per person plus VAT and the host fee. Your written quote will always show the full breakdown — activity, host fee and VAT — so there are no surprises.
