The Solution

Finding all the venues that ticked the boxes for the brief so close together geographically was a challenge. We know that delegates who may have travelled from as far away as Taiwan would appreciate spending as little time as possible in transfers and it also meant we could utilise the budget we saved on transport on the activity which was such a memorable part of the event.
